Capt. Abhishek Shaw, is a veteran in the tanker industry with extensive knowledge of ship management, marine operations, and quality assurance.
A Master Mariner for almost 10 years of experience, his previous work experience includes working with companies like BW Group, AET and BP, in a variety of roles including vetting, incident investigations, inspections, and audits. He is a certified Internal Auditor and has been carrying out Audits & Training on board since 2019.
Capt. Abhishek commenced his shipping career at sea in 1996 and has sailed for more than 20 years on oil tanker vessels up to the rank of Master Mariner. He is passionate about training and mentoring the young generation of seafarers to promote sustainable growth in the maritime industry.

Capt. Ajit started his career at sea in 1996, culminating in command of large oil tankers in 2014. He is an internationally experienced Master Mariner with extensive command experience and in-depth knowledge of marine operations including ISM & HSEQ
He has also worked ashore as a HSEQ Manager from 2012 to 2014 in Wallem Shipmanagement Pvt Ltd. Capt. Ajit is passionate about safe and sustainable marine operations. His experience and expertise in marine quality& assurance, training & mentoring means he is well suited for all aspects of our services offered.
